We live in an age that is desperate for our attention. Advertisers bombard our senses until we are left feeling numb and confused. Anyone can make a flashy graphic—but to be an effective communicator, you need to be clear, clean, and concise.

I am passionate about design and it is evident in my education and work experience. I graduated from Calvin College with a B.A. in visual communications. I served as a production designer for Christian Reformed Product Services for 4 years. After which, I chose to donate my time in Nigeria as a videographer / photographer. For the past six months I have been a freelance graphic designer, including projects in print, web, and video production. My degree in visual communications as well as my work experiences have taught me how to be a creative and effective communicator—on time and under budget.
